Semper integrates with any accounting system with automated integration to Sage Pastel and Sage One.  This integration process includes debtors and suppliers who are defined once only and then imported directly into your accounting system.

A strictly auditable process is followed where the Semper system is balanced with your accounting system.  

Semper is now also a certified integrator for Sage One Accounting.

Electronic Door Locks

Semper has the ability to produce room key cards for guests directly through the Semper system. This integration allows for one central system to handle all the rules and ensures the check-in process is efficient.

Guest Surveys


 Guest satisfaction should rightly be a top priority for any establishment. To help you achieve this, Semper is fully integrated with GuestRevu to bring you the power of automated surveys, smart question logic and enhanced guest management.

After guests have checked out of your establishment, a customised survey can be sent to their email address, with all the answers and responses returned directly to your Semper system. A simple and powerful reporting dashboard makes better informed operational decisions possible. Hotels worldwide use GuestRevu’s guest intelligence solutions to connect with their guests through direct feedback and online reputation reviews from over 60 different websites. Study your competition’s online reputation, while Hot Alerts enable you to respond to your own reviews immediately.



 Centricity provides Guest Satisfaction Surveys, Online Reputation Management and Image Library solutions. Integration with Semper means you can automate the sending of post-stay guest surveys and receive high quality guest feedback and comments in real time. Hotels are able to monitor and manage their online reviews from key travel review sites such as TripAdvisor,, and Facebook.

The Online Reputation Management module displays all your online reviews in one location and replies are enabled directly from the system.

Bear in mind that images sell hotels, which is why Centricity’s Image Library solution helps hotels to move their image libraries to the cloud, making those images more accessible and easily shared directly from the cloud when required.

Point of Sale

Semper has entered into a strategic alliance with Pilot, the leading POS supplier in Southern Africa. Pilot is an advanced POS system suitable for establishments of any size, large or small, using integrated smart phones and tablets as POS devices.

The integration with Semper reservation and conferencing systems is extensive and ensures a seamless back office with single accounting functions.

Pilot is used by many groups such as Spur, Cape Town Fish Market, Dulce, Dros steak ranches, Simply Asia, Col'Cacchio etc.



Telephone Systems

Calls through your telephone information system are charged quickly, seamlessly and allocated directly to in-house guests. This also ensures that those last-minute international calls are safely billed to the guests before they settle their accounts.
